Process in the food processor and roll between waxed paper - use pulse button

2 1/4 C flour, King Arthur brand (you may need to add a little bit more if it seems too wet)
1 tsp salt
1T sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 - 4 T butter
1/2 C Crisco (white)

Add, mix in with fork, and then work with hands:
6 T milk or half and half (Annie uses half and half.)

Don’t over-work. It is OK to have chunks of butter.
