Add the eggs and blend together. Season with black pepper as you like. Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl, and break apart. Pour in the soup-tomato mixture and add parmesan cheese. Start Blending. Add breadcrumbs a little at a time until the mixture holds together. Line a 17"x11" pan with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Meat mixture can be used to make: Meatballs - make 2"-3" meatballs (you get 12-15). Mini Meatloaves - shape larger balls of mixture into rectangles, flattening the tops. One large meatloaf. Bake the meatballs and mini-meatloaves 45 min - 1 hour. The large meatloaf should take 1½ - 2 hours. Use or cool and package individually and freeze. . |

Personal
Notes: I like to defrost 3-4 meatballs, break them up and add to any store bought spaghetti sauce to serve over pasta for a quick evening meal. NOTE: I've also added a few shakes of McCormick California Style Onion powder with White & Green Onions & Parsley, to add more flavor.
