½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground mustard
¼ tsp pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 egg

2 cups chopped broccoli (cooked)

Directions:
Heat oven to 350° F.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. On a large piece of aluminum, pat beef mixture into a thin flat, rectangle. layer ham on top of beef from end to end, then spread broccoli on top of ham. Using foil, roll meatloaf while pinching the ends. Place foil with roll in medium baking sheet. (I use a meat rack for the meatloaf so the fat drips into the baking sheet.)

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Sauce: mix ketchup with brown sugar (to taste) and pour on top of meatloaf, bake additional 15 minutes.
