1 large chicken
1 onion chopped
1 cup rice
2 cups chopped celery
1 pkg. Lipton's Chicken Noodle Soup (dry)
1 quart of chicken broth, salt to taste.
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until is tender and well done. Debone. Sauté onion, celery and rice in butter, add dry soup and chicken. Stir in broth. Cook at 350º for 1 hour in oven.
