¼ cup vegetable oil
1 small onion
½ cup green bell pepper
2 - 8 ounce tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
½ pound regular rice uncooked
1¾ cup water
1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil- Add onion, pepper, beef and rice.
Stir over high heat until lightly brown. Add tomato sauce and rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Bring to a quick boil. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
