Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 oz cream cheese room temperature
1 c flour
1 stick butter room temperature

Filling
1 beaten egg
¾ c brown sugar
⅔ c chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1st three ingredients
Roll into 24 balls and chill at least 1 hour
Press into bottom and up sides of mini muffin tins

Filling:
Mix together remainder ingredients and drop tsps full into tins
Bake 375º for 30 minutes then cool
