Ingredients: 1 c chopped nuts 1 c flour ¼ c brown sugar 1 stick butter- soften at room temperature 24 oz cream cheese at room temperature 1 c sugar 4 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 8 oz sour cream 2 tblsp sugar ½ tsp vanilla

Directions:9-10 inch springfoam pan Crust: Mix together chopped nuts,flour,brown sugar and 1 stick butter with pastry blender or fork until crumbly Press into bottomof pan and a little way up the side Bake 400º 10-15 minutes until slightly golden on edge
Filling: Mix together cream cheese,eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 c sugar. Using an electric hand mixer blend until smooth Pour over crust and bake 350º for 40 minutes until firm in center Cool 10 minutes
Topping Mix together sour cream and remainder sugar and vanilla Spread over top and bake for 5 additional minutes. Refrigerate covered Serve with fresh berries |
