16 oz. can sauerkraut (drain)
1 cup chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1/3 cup green peppers
1/2 cup sugar and vinegar
Small jar of chopped pimientos
Optional: 1/4 cup of Italian bottle dressing (shake well before adding)

Directions:
Directions:
In small pan combine 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup vinegar. Boil together until sugar dissolves. Stir well. Cool down before adding to sauerkraut.

Put drained sauerkraut in a serving bowl, add other chopped ingredients. Then add cool vinegar/sugar mixture. Mix all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving
