1 bag Baby spinach
2-3 Apples cut into bite size pieces (leave peel on for color)
Crumbled blue cheese
Candied pecans (can chop to desired size)
Vinaigrette (Susie used Garlic Expressions, which she found at Haggen or QFC)

Directions:
Directions:
Toss spinach, blue cheese, pecans and apples with vinaigrette. Don't use too much dressing, just enough to coat spinach lightly.
