1 lb. sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
1 3oz. can sliced mushrooms
½ cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 10.5 oz can beef broth
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp dry white wine

Hot buttered noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Coat beef strips w/mixture of flour and salt. Melt 2 tbsp margarine in
skillet and quickly brown beef strips. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic;
cook until onion is crisp/tender, 3-4 minutes. Remove meat mixture from
pan. Add 2 tbsp margarine to pan drippings; blend in 3 tbsp flour. Add
tomato paste. Stir in broth, cook and stir over medium heat till
thickened and bubbly. Return meat and mushrooms to skillet, stir in sour
cream and white wine; cook slowly until heated through (DO NOT BOIL).
Serve over noodles.
