CRUST:
1 stick margarine melted
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecan
2 T. Sugar

CREAM CHEESE LAYER:
1- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup cool whip

PUMPKIN LAYER:
2 small packages of 3-4 oz. jello instant pumpkin spiced pudding
3 cups cold milk

Crust:
1. Combine butter, chopped pecans and sugar.
2. Press into a 9 x 13 baking pan.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 min.
4. Let cool.

Cream Cheese Layer:
1. Beat 1 - 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and cool whip until smooth.
2. Spread over the cooled crust.

Pumpkin Layer:
1. Mix 2 small pkgs. of the jello with the milk.
2. Set in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
3. Spread over cream cheese layer.
4. Top with the remaining cool whip. You can add Alitalia more cool whip if you want.
5. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
