8 oz frozen crab (or 6 1/2 oz can)
1 cup onion (diced fine)
1 cup shredded sharp or extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. If using canned crab drain to serve
hot or mix juice into mixture to serve cold. If using
frozen crab increase amount of mayonnaise if serving cold. Cold: serve in bread bowl with bread wedges and/or veggies for dippers. Hot: microwave until
bubbly and serve with crackers or Melba Toast.
