1 lb. ground beef (can be substituted with ground turkey)
1 onion, chopped
⅓ cup ketchup
2 T. yellow mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
4 cups frozen tator tots
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Brown meat with onions in a skillet. Drain. Stir in ketchup and mustard; spoon into 9 inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with the remaining ingredients, with the tots being the top layer.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until casserole is heated through and tator tots are golden brown.
