Ingredients: Greens: 1 Solid Heavy Head of Ice Berg Lettuce 2 Bunches of Green Onions 1 Bunch of Cilantro
Chicken: 4 cups Shredded Chicken Breast (Make Roasted Hoisin Whole Chicken and use leftovers or use Costco Roasted Chicken)
1 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts (Put into plastic bag and pound gently to crush)
Secret Sauce: (Use sparingly, recipe is enough for 2 full Servings) 1/2 cup Colman's Powder Mustard 1/2 cup Sugar 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce 2/3 cup Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 cup Sesame Oil 2/3 cup Canola Oil
1 cup Fried Won Ton Strips (Asian Salad Topping)

Directions:Greens: Cut lettuce in half, slice across to make long thin shreds. Sliver green onions and cut into 1 inch lengths. Add cilantro to your taste Wrap in clean bath towel and keep in refrigerator until time to mix with chicken.
Secret Sauce: Use large wooden spoon to mix together mustard, sugar, with Hoisin sauce, and lemon juice until dissolved in large mason jar. Add Sesame and Canola Oils. Shake all together until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Place greens in salad bowl. Pour 1/4 cup sauce on chicken only. Then toss greens and chicken together gently. Add nuts and won ton last, lightly folding in. Important! Mix just before serving to ensure crunchiness.
