12 oz - Package of Bob Evan's Chicken Stew Soup Mix
1½ - Cups of Finely Chopped Onions
2 - Cups of Finely Chopped Celery
2- Cups of Grated or Diced Carrots
3 - Cups of Diced Potatoes
¾ - Cup of Minced Onion Flakes
1 - Bag of Frozen Peas
12 oz - Bag of Wide Egg Noodles
¼ - Cup of Corn Starch
4 - 32 oz Cans of Chicken Broth
1½ - Cups of Quick Barley
3 - Large, Cooked Chicken Breasts - Cubed (5-Cups)
5 - Tablespoons of Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the carrots and celery in a saucepan with water and a pinch of salt
2. Saute Onions in a skillet with 5 tablespoons of butter and a pinch of salt
3. Once the onions begin to become translucent, add the corn starch and 2- cans of chicken broth - Stir
4. Move the onion mixture, the carrots and the celery to a 12 quart pan and mix the contents.
5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and add the last 2-cans of chicken broth.
6. Add the Bob Evans© Soup Mix, chicken, potatoes and onion flakes to the soup
7. Simmer to a light boil for 30 - 45 minutes
8. Add the noodles and barley and mix frequently.
9. Add additional water as necessary
