4 Medium Baking Potatoes
Vegetable Oil
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. Butter, softened
2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 Tbsp. shredded cheddar Cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes - rub skin with oil - poke holes in them.
Bake at 400 one hour or until done.
Allow potatoes to cool, cut in half lengthwise.
Scoop out pulp. Mash pulp & combine with the next six ingredients. Mix well.
Stuff shells with mixture, sprinkle with cheese & paprika.
Place in shallow baking dish.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
