12 c water
4 c vinegar
1 c pickling salt
½ c sugar
dill heads for each jar
1-2 garlic cloves for each jar

Boil brine at a rolling boil for 5-7 minutes. Put boiling brine into sterilized filled jars with garlic and dill.
