2 C. shredded chicken
2 C. shredded Monterrey Jack Chees
1 C. chopped onion
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
2 C. chicken broth
1 C. sour cream
1 4 oz. can green chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, 1/2 of cheese and chopped onions. Place in middle of corn tortilla and roll up. Place in pan.
Melt butter, mix in flour and cook for a few minutes. Add broth and whisk until smooth. air in sour cream
and chopped chilis. Pour over enchiladas and top with more chopped cheese.
Bake 20 - 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
