6 T sugar
3 T flour
1/2 c pineapple juice
4 T water
1 egg well beaten
3 T lemon juice
1/2 c diced canned pineapple
2 T butter
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler combine sugar and flour. Stir in juice, water and beaten egg. Cook until thick. Add lemon juice, pineapple, butter and salt. Cook 3 minutes. Use between layers and use sweetened whipped cream for top and sides.
