1# ground beef
1 large onion chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup original bisquick mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees and spray the pie pan.
2. Brown hamburger and onions and drain.
3. Spread in pie plate and cover with cheese.
4. In bowl, stir all remaining ingredients.
5. Pour into pie plate.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
