1 1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
2/3 cup milk
2 T. Baking powder
1/2 tsp. Soda
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder and soda in a bowl.
2. Then add 1 egg and 2/3 cup milk.
3. Make sure egg and milk and mixed together then add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Place 1 inch ball of oil in a pan and heat 375 degrees. Fry until golden brown then turn over and place on a plate and
cover with powdered sugar.
