1 tbsp. minced basil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley ( Italian is best)
1 tbsp. minced garlic
¼ tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. kosher salt or ground sea salt
½ tsp. chopped rosemary
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper
½ tsp. olive oil
⅛ tsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. combine all of the ingredients, except the oil and lemon juice.
2. put in a small food processor. Chop breifly until all ingredients are about the same size.
3. stir in the oil and limon juice.
4. to serve combine about 1½ tsp. of spice blend to 3 to 4 tbsp. olive oil on a small dish.
5. Dip sliced bread in mixture. (Italian bread is best.)
