1 pkg of potatoes O'Brien
1 box of Jiffy pizza mix
1 can of Frito to lay mild cheddar cheese dip
1 pint of sour cream
1 1/2 pounds of sausage or bacon or ham
18 eggs scrambled with milk
2 cups of motz. Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the jiffy pizza crust and when raised spread over the bottom of a greased cake pan. Bake. According to instructions
on the box. Remove from oven and let cool.
2. In a large skillet scramble 18 eggs with milk and set aside when done.
3. In another pan brown whatever choice of meat you want and drain off fat and set aside.
4. Spread the cheese dip over the bottom of pizza crust.
5. Next place the browned potatoes O'Brien in the pan next.
6. Mix the meat with sour cream and spread overly over the potatoes.
7. Next place eggs and top with mots cheese.
8. Place in oven and bake until top is light brown. Usually 1 hour.
9. If like with heat I have added a jar of salsa on top of cheddar cheese.
10. Leave stand 10 minutes and serve.
