60 Ritz crackers
1/4 cup powdered sugar
16 oz. can pink lemonade
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 can eagle brand milk
1 - 12 oz. coolwhip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix crackers, butter and sugar.
2. Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
3. Save half of cool whip topping.
4. Mix milk, lemonade and cool whip together.
5. Pour over the crust and top with remaining crumbs.
6. Sprinkle with nuts and store in refrigerator.
