¾ cup beef broth ( or ¾ cup of water and 1-2 beef bouillon cubes)
1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1 ½ tsp oyster sauce
½ tsp. sugar
1 ½ tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dry sherry
½ tsp. garlic power
¼ tsp. ginger power

Directions:

Bring liquid to a boil add ingredients and stir in cornstarch mixed with a little water to thicken.

You can also us chicken broth instead of beef broth. 1 1/2 teaspoon of ginger past can also be added
