8 lasagna noodles cooked and drained
1 pound of bacon, diced, cooked and drained
1 small red or yellow onion
6 cloves of garlic crushed
2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
2 cups Alfredo cream sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (to sprinkle on top)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)

FIlling:
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
6 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. of garlic powder
2 tsp. of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Put 8 pieces of lasagna pasta to a large pot of boiling water. Cook the pasta for 2 minutes less than directions on the
box say. It will finish cooking in oven.
2. Drain pasta in strainer and lay pasta on paper towels to dry excess water off.
3. Shred chicken breast and set aside.
4. Cut and fry bacon.
5. Add diced onions and crushed garlic cloves 3 minutes prior to baking being finished.
6. Drain bacon mixture onto paper towels to catch excess fat.
7. in a medium size bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan and seasonings..
8. Divide and spread the filling onto cooked pasta evenly.
9. Add shredded chicken onto each pasta.
10. Sprinkle the bacon mixture on top of chicken and cheese mixture. Save some for the top after you roll up the pasta.
11. Sprinkle some Parmesan on top of bacon and chicken.
12. Spread 1/2 cup of cream sauce on bottom of medium baking dish.
13. Roll the pasta and put seam side facing down into the sauce that is in baking dish.
14. Cover the roll ups with rest of sauce. Top with bacon.
15. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes. Take Ot of oven 5-10 minutes before serving.
