1/4 cup shortening- butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Icing

1/3 cup butter
cups confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbs. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Blend in flour baking powder & salt. Cover & chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 400º. Roll dough on flowered board. Cut into shapes. Bake 6-8 mins.
