2 pounds fresh mushrooms (preferably bite size)
1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 C. dry bread crumbs
1/2 C. grated onion
2 cloves garlic - minced
3 T. fresh parsley - chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 C. olive oil
chopped stems from mushrooms

Directions:

Mix all together. Stuff mushrooms. Bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes at 350o.
