Ingredients:  
Olive oil (or whatever oil you have)
1 spoon of Sofrito
1/2 envelope of Sasson
Stir fry meat (sausage pieces or bits of ham or bacon or chicken)
1 tsp. of tomato sauce or ketchup for flavor
1 can of Goudulas or Pigeon peas/beans (or whatever kind of beans you like)
1 cup of rice (do not use minute rice)
2 cups of water or stock (chicken bouillion cubes work)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook olive oil and sofrito together for a minute or so. Saute sasson into pan. Add stir fry meat, tomato sauce (or ketchup), and beans of your prefrence and boil. Add rice and water. Cook until rice is done, about 15-20 minutes.
