1 large head of cauliflower
4 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray liberally with non-stick cooking spray. Cut cauliflower into bite size pieces & place in ziplock bag with oil. Shake well to coat the florets. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour into bag & shake until coated, pressing slightly to help breading stick. Pour onto baking sheet and spray the top of the cauliflower lightly with cooking spray. Bake for 20 minutes. Stir the cauliflower and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
