3 Cloves Garlic
1/2 Jalapeņo - seeded and diced
1/4 c Cilantro - chopped
2 c Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients.
Spread on bread for sandwiches, corn for grilling. Try a dab on oysters and grill.
