16oz Bacon
2 Chicken breasts
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
2 heaping tbsp flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Butter
1 1/2 cups Half and Half
11 tbsp Parmesan (I used about 3/4 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Combine the flour and cheese, dredge chicken in the mixture, shake off excess and set aside.
2. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan. Cook the chicken until cooked thoroughly. Put chicken aside
3. Add the bacon and fry in same pan, drain fat leaving about 1 teaspoon. Reduce heat to low, and add the half and half, season with salt and pepper to your taste. Add in the parmesan cheese and allow the sauce to simmer. Add cornstarch if the sauce is too runny.
4. Add the chicken back into the pan to serve
