4 bananas
4 T butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup dark rum
Vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter over low heat.
Stirring constantly, add the sugar and cinnamon.
Cut the bananas lengthwise and then in half.
Add the bananas and cook until just soft Remove the pan from the heat.
Slowly add the rum. CAREFULLY return the pan to the heat until it flames.
Cook until flame goes out.
Place bananas over the ice cream scoops and spoon the sauce over the top.
