Large Boneless Pork Loin (about 5 lb.)
virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. sage
1 Tbsp. rosemary
1 Tbsp. cracked pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Lawrey's seasoning
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix all the seasonings together. Coat the pork with olive oil and then rub the seasoning mix into the pork. Bake according to weight, uncovered, until internal temperature reaches 170º.
