1 packet dry au jus gravy mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can french onion soup
1/2 cup water
2 pounds cubed steak
1 onion, sliced

To thicken gravy:
3 Tbsp cornstarch
3 Tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In 5-6 quart slow cooker, combine cream of mushroom soup, french onion soup, au jus mix, and water. Stir to combine.

Place cubed steak in slow cooker. Try to cover completely with gravy mixture. Top with sliced onions.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

To thicken gravy:
Mix cornstarch and cold water in small bowl. Stir into slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes until thickened.
