4 pork chops
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can (14 ounces) low sodium chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 envelope dry pork gravy mix
1 tsp garlic powder

To thicken sauce:
3 Tbsp corn starch
3 Tbsp cold water

Directions:
Directions:
In 5-6 quart slow cooker, combine onion soup mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and pork gravy mix. Whisk together until combined.

Season both sides of the pork chops with garlic powde.

Please chops in slow cooker. Try to cover completely with gravy mixture.

Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours.

Just before chops are done, whisk together corn starch and cold water in a small bowl. Pour mixture into slow cooker and stir gently. Cover and cook on high for another 30 minutes for gravy to thicken.
