2 jumbo or 3 regular egg whites
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 Tbl. cinnamon
2 lb. shelled walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites, salt, sugar and cinnamon until stiff. Grease a large cookie sheet. Mix nits with egg mixture. SPread on cookie sheet. Bake at 350º turning every 10 minutes with a slotted spoon. Put pan on second shelf of oven-watch carefull so they don't burn!
