1 pound old cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon butter
1 cup beer
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Shred the cheese. In a frying pan melt the butter so the cheese will not stick. Add cheese to the pan over medium heat. As it starts to melt slowly add the beer. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon. Add seasonings and continue to stir until the cheese follows the spoon. Spoon over hot toast.
