12 [3 inch] prepared tart-size graham cracker crumb crusts
1 [3 oz] package cream cheese, softened
1 [14 oz] can sweetened condesned milk [NOT evaporated milk]
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3 T bottled lemon juice
Yellow food coloring, optional
1 cup [1/2 pint] whipping cream, stiffly whipped

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Stir in juice concentrate, bottled lemon juice and food coloring, if desired.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into crumb crusts.
Chill 4 hours. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
