2 cups flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter, melted




Filling:
3 large eggs
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups sweetened flaked coconut, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting ends extend up sides. In a large bowl, mix flour, brown sugar and salt; add 1 cup melted butter and mix well. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake until light brown, about 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes on wire rack. Reduce oven temperature to 325ºF. In a large bowl, combine first 7 filling ingredients until blended. Add 3 cups coconut and stir well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with remaining coconut. Bake until light golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. To remove, lift with parchment paper. Cut into bars.
