2 beefsteak tomatoes cut into wedges
1 diced peach
1 c fresh corn kernels
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 oz feta cheese, crumbled
Honey vinaigrette: 1/2 c canola oil, 1/3 c white balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp shallot or red onion, salt and pepper. Shake until blended.
