Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Lean Turkey
4 Green Peppers Large
1 Onion White Medium small diced
1 c. Brown Rice uncooked
1/2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 15.5 oz. Crushed Tomatoes
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. Garlic minced
1/2 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook Brown Rice as directions on package estimated 45 to 50 minutes.

Remove and discard the tops, seeds, and membranes of the green bell peppers. In medium saucepan bring water to boil with a touch of sea salt, for green peppers to cook foe 3 minutes.

Cook and stir in lean ground turkey, garlic, and onion in a skillet over medium heat until meat is evenly browned and onion is softened, about 5 minutes.

Arrange peppers in a baking dish with the hollowed sides facing upward. Slice the bottoms off the peppers if necessary so that they stand upright.

Mix the browned turkey, cooked rice, 1 can tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spoon an equal amount of the mixture into each hollowed pepper. Mix the remaining tomato sauce and Italian seasoning in a bowl, and pour over the stuffed peppers.

Bake in the preheated oven, basting with sauce every 15 minutes, until the peppers are tender, about 1 hour. Sprinkle the peppers with grated Parmesan cheese after baking
