2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 onion, chopped
4 small bay leaves
3 cloves garlic
1 quart tomatoes
3 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin

Fry meat & onions, do not brown onions. Put meat mixture thru meat grinder, make real fine.
Put tomatoes through strainer, put in pot, add spices and flour, simmer 4 hours.
Prepare hot dogs with finely chopped onion.
