2-3 lbs of peeled and grated potatoes.
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and soak in water. As you grate them return to water to prevent browning and to release starch. Squeeze out and pat dry . Sprinkle with spice mixture and sauté in hot vegetable oil. Let sit until crunch on bottom then flip.serve when golden brown.
