1-1/2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp butter
2 well beaten eggs
3 cups cut rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, nutmeg and butter
Add eggs and beat until smooth
Pour mixture over rhubarb in 9 inch pie pan
Top with pastry, brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar

Bake at 450º for 10 min.
Reduce to 350º for 30 minutes
