12 slices bread (trimmed)
3 eggs
3 cups milk
½ lb Swiss cheese
1+ can tuna
1 med onion sliced and sautéed in butter
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup Parmesan
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly butter bread slices
Put a single layer in bottom of 9x13 baking dish
Layer tuna, sautéed onion, Swiss cheese
Repeat for second and third layer

Beat eggs slightly
Stir in mustard, salt, Worcestershire
Add milk
Pour over layers, soaking the bread well
Sprinkle parmesan cheese and then paprika
Cover with foil and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
Remove foil and bake at 375º for about 45 minutes until raised and brown
