Ingredients:  
⅛ lb pancetta or thick cut bacon
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 bag Brussels sprouts, fresh, approx 1 lb.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butts off brussel sprouts
Cut brussel sprouts in half
Toss in olive oil
Put on cookie sheet
Sprinkle with pancetta

Bake on middle rack for 18 min at 450º (longer if you like crispy)
Drizzle balsamic glaze reduction before serving
