1 cup butter
2 eggs
1 t baking powder
1 ½ baking soda
1 t salt
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2½ cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugars and peanut butter.

2. Stir dry ingredients together.

3, Drop by rounded tablespoons on a cookie sheet. Dip a fork in sugar and flatten cookies with the fork. This gives it the traditional look of the peanut butter cookie.

4. Bake at 350º for 11 minutes. Leave on cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
