4 Servings Goose or Duck Breasts
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 cups Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
Lawry’s Seasoned Salt to taste
Water
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle fillets with Lawry’s seasoning. Place in baking dish with 1” water, cover and bake at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours. Remove breasts and let cool. Add mushrooms, celery and soups to drippings. Mix equal parts flour and water to thicken gravy. Return breasts to gravy and bake for one more hour or until tender. Serve over egg noodles, biscuits or wild rice.
