Filling:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 tsp lemon juice
Prepared graham cracker crust

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Canned pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all filling ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into a graham cracker crust, bake for 30 minutes at 300º. Mix all topping ingredients together until well blended. Pour over the baked cheesecake while it is still hot. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Top with canned pie filling.
